Today I’d like to share the yummi brownies-recipe with you I recently wrote about.I’ve tried some recipes which didn’t make me too happy, each had its flaws. I experimented a little and teased out the best of each recipe. Hence I proudly present my way to make chocolate raspberry brownies. It’s my first one here, so: yay!
Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
|230 g dark chocolate
120 g butter
90 g plain flour
1 pack of blancmange powder (50 g)
210 g sugar
½ tablespoon baking powder
¼ tablespoon salt
1 pack of vanilla sugar
3 medium sized eggs
200 g raspberries
|Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
Place 200g of chocolate and the butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
Chop the rest of the chocolate.
Place the flour with baking powder, blackmange powder and salt in a bowl.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Slowly add the chocolate mixture and mix until combined. Sift the flour mixture bit by bit and beat well. Add the chopped chocolate.
Pour into a buttered 20cm square tin.
Top with the raspberries and bake until dark brown (about 20 minutes).
Allow to cool slightly in the tin before slicing. Makes about 16 slices.
