Today is Apple Bundt Cake-Day! It’s a fruity, Christmassy cake with a hint of cocoa which is very easy to make 🙂
The recipe description below ist for a small tin, if you want to use a large Bundt cake pan I recommend making doubling the ingredients.

Apple Bundt Cake
|125 g butter, softened
125 g sugar
125 g flour
65 g (wal)nuts, grinded
1-2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablepoons cocoa (or more if you like)
1 tablespoon cinnamon, grinded
2 tablspoons rum
2 apples, peeled and chopped
|Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
Peel and chop appled, mix them with rum and set aside for about 30 minutes.
Stir butter until soft, let sugar trickle in. Then add eggs, one at a time.
In a second bowl, mix flour, grindend walnuts, baking soda, cocoa and grinded cinnamon. Pour in milk if necessary.
Combine ingredients and knead until smooth. Add apple pieces at the end.
place in a Bundt cake pan and cook for 60 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
